Steaks

Since 1962, Ed Stoudt has hand trimmed every steak and shucked oysters for the raw bar.
Catch him Saturday at 3 or Sunday at 1 for his passionate beer tour in the brewery.
In 1987, Carol Stoudt became the first female brewer since prohibition. Cheers to 30 years!
Carol is a beer lover and foodie with a focus on scratch cooking and seasonal dining.

Steaks are served with a small house salad.
