Since in 1962, Ed Stoudt has and trimmed every steak and shucked oysters for the raw bar. Catch him Saturday at 3PM or Sunday at 1PM for his passionate beer lecture in the brewery. In 1987, Carol Stoudt became the first female brewer since prohibition. Cheers to 30 years! Carol is a beer lover and foodie with a focus on scratch cooking and seasonal dining.
