We know food allergies and intolerances are serious issues. So, it is important to us that we are honest about what we can and cannot achieve when it comes to addressing your food allergy concerns. Although we can prepare dishes with gluten-free ingredients, we cannot guarantee any of our dishes are “free of gluten.” We simply have too much wheat and other gluten-containing food products in our kitchen to be able to eliminate the microscopic particles in our food prep areas.
